Conflict Management Coaching uses coaching to assist the client in resolving his or her conflict. This method is suitable in an environment where the client would like to work on a one to one basis with the coach. The coach will act as a guide to the client in going through the conflict and assisting the client in identifying the triggers in the conflict and exploring the various options that may assist in resolving the conflict.
On issues relating to cross-cultural, ADRC will endeavour to provide a Conflict Management Coach who understands the cultural sensitivities relating to the background of the particular individual and in its best efforts place the individual in a comfortable setting.
Like Mediation, Conflict Management Coaching is strictly confidential and the power of decision making lies with the client. The client will decide what will meet his or her needs and the desired outcomes.
